A state of the art cinema with a high definition projector, surround sound and an ultra large screen is yet another reason you don’t need to leave this beautiful villa. Pool and Gym
A heated 13 meter turquoise pool with a martini ledge allows for a gentle swim or relaxation watching the Ocean or Robben island in the distance. The gym offers a Professional quality Life Fitness elleptical as well as a treadmill. In addition there are a full set of weights and yoga mats. Enjoy a direct view of the Ocean while working up a sweat to music from a state of the art Bang and Olufsen system. A dry Finnish sauna with one way glass offers a calming view of the water feature within the interior courtyard.

A large state of the art wine cellar with over 1200 bottles of fine South African wine is a significant feature of this beautiful villa. While guests may enjoy its view, access is regrettably not permitted.
