There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a double living room with French doors leading onto a private garden with outdoor seating, a fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining room and separate guest WC.
1st Floor
The primary living areas on the first floor include the entrance hall, formal living room, open plan dining room, kitchen / living room, study and TV room. The open plan kitchen / living room is the heart of the house. Folding doors lead out onto the pool patio which looks out over the secluded back the garden, pool and conservatory. A covered breakfast patio leads off the dining room. One of 2 guest WC's is located on this floor.
2nd Floor
A double volume staircase leads to the 2nd floor and 4 spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a separate WC and dressing room. The bedrooms all lead out onto their own patios which have breathtaking views.
